How do I change my billing details to a different bank account

You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

Hi I have tried to go to manage payments and the web site page is not giving me the option with a drop down list. I am due to make a payment and my account card number has changed and need to up date it or I'll be in dept. Is there any reason I keep getting sent to the same page toover and over again?

Thanks for coming here. 

If you go to Bills and Payments you should have an option to make a payment and then add the new card when you make the payment, do you have this showing? 

Or, do you pay by direct debit and need to change the details?

Yes I need to change payment details as I'm now on monthly instead of pay and you go and a bill is due to be paid but my old card doesn't work

Do you have the option showing if you log into your My EE account online, and select Bills and Payments? 

If not, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.

No I get no drop down menu on the homepage page. It's very strange as when I was on £20 everything pay as you go it was all there on the app. When I recently changed to monthly everything the layout changed and there was no menu. My payment card I used recently also because our if date and I received my new one but it doesn't work so I need to update my details.

Hi I try to pay my bill from almost a month from another account I finally paid it online but it still show that it didn’t go trough it’s annoying already that nobody can help me
