Everytime I enter my card details and try to purchase on the EE website, it comes up saying “something went wrong” I’ve tried this on two phones, anyone have any clue as to how to fix this? Thanks

Please try with an alternative type of browser, or through a PC/laptop. 

You can also try using a different card if possible.
