I have been trying to pay my bill for several days now and keep getting an error message saying payment declined? There are funds in my account and I have contacted the bank who have stated there is no issue with my account, I have tried to pay via the app and the website also automated through 150 and through a call handler too and get the same error every time, my bill is now overdue because of this!! Please advise
