Did you mean:

Payment next due didn't reflect contract price

I signed a contract over a month ago for £49.99 for a package deal. When I checked the app for next payment it was for over £60.

I contacted EE by phone, twice...I was told it had been rectified.. Twice. I then checked the app to find I had been lied to.. twice.

8 calls and over 5 hours in total later.. I was told that to sort for good, I would have to redo the contract.. which I just did.

However I have noticed that they have upped the price. What they promised me on the phone and the contract price do not match..

Who do I have to contact to simply get my original contract honoured? And am tired of being lied too and conned.

@Leefield  Did you look at the brill breakdown or just the amount you need to pay ?     When calling customer support it doesn’t change within the app when you got told it’s been sorted it’s all backend stuff.  It’s because the bill has been issued.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
