Hi, I’m trying to pay for my internet and it’s saying it needs authentication from card issuer but nothing comes up. Need to sought this out please as I have where I’m going to urgently with no data connection

Have you tried to use a different web browser or device to see if this does the trick?

@Blessin  Have you opened the app for the card issuer as this then usually give you the option to approve the transaction. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
