Changing Plan

I was wondering if I’d be able to carry on paying for my device on the monthly contract but cancel or change the mobile data plan as I’m paying £50 a month for the full works for iPhone but I don’t use more than 15GB a month and very rarely use minutes or text messages and it just seems like a waste of money when my monthly bill is coming to just over £80

Hi @hanawadsworth It seems like the cost of everything is going up at the moment, so it's understandable that you'd want to save some money where you can.

I'd recommend getting in touch with one of our guides so that they can look through your account and see if there's any way of making some savings for you.

Although to add, contractually if you're still within your minimum term - then you have agreed to those monthly payments for at least the duration.
