Hi,
I changed my payment date from the 15th to the 29th via the EE app, and the change was accepted at the time. However, it’s still showing the 15th as my payment date and doesn’t allow me to make any further changes.
Could you please explain why the update hasn’t been applied, and how I can fix this?

You would have already paid this month's bill on 15th Apr. for 1 month in advance. So the change will not happen until next month when you'll get 2 bills:
This is based on your payment date being about 7 days after your billing date.
