What the hell is this rubbish i need my old app back so i can pay my phone bill i cant even find my bills here anymore i am not happy about it.

Are you able to access the EE app or website today? If you login and select Manage and then Billing you should be able to view your current and past bills here. Our help page has step by step instructions
