Hi, I have 2 contracts, 1 is for my phone, which also has an additional accessory of ear buds attached to it, the other contract is for my watch. I am looking to do the following:
pay off the phone contract and upgrade to sim only.
pay off the watch contract.
My questions are as follows: when paying off my phone contract, what happens to the accessory part of it? Is that included in the upgrade price, or do I need to continue paying that? Annoyingly, I can’t use the ear buds anyway. When paying off my watch contract, will that mean the watch stops functioning for receiving and making calls and texts? If so, do I need to select a sim only plan with watch data too, to ensure the watch functions as it does now?
thanks in advance

@Hels12 I’m sure you will need to pay off your earbuds and this isn’t included in the upgrade price as that’s just to upgrade your phone contract. Customer support can give you the exact information on this.
The watch will not work via cellular data unless you have a tariff for it but will still work via Bluetooth when contacted to your phone. You can take out a sim only contract for the watch and this is done via the watch app on your device. If you don’t go anywhere without your phone you’ll not really need the contract for the watch and just use it as a none cellular watch.
