Hello my account has been closed for a while now when I switched to a contract I do not know why and I’ve been trying to pay for my billing but I don’t know how to please help

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.

A bit more context might be useful here - specifically, what do you mean by "when I switched to a contract I don't know why"
I'm guessing - please correct me if wrong - that you previously had a myEE online login from when you were on PAYG, but you since moved to pay-monthly with the same number? And you've not been able to access your online account since.
Is that right?
