Hi, many years ago I had an EE account for my mobile. I later moved to another supplier.
My son while at University had an EE account that I was the bill payer for over 3 years.
Earlier this year he swopped phones but stayed with EE and he contacted them to swop the account into his own name/ his own account. Since then he has been paying for his own phone.
I am.confused to find i am still paying EE £11.25 each month despite me not possessing an EE device.
I have tried via the app and online to get a break down of a bill but had no luck.

@BillyJcat Your son started his own account he didn’t swap the ( your account) in to his name as you are the account holder so you have to request a change of ownership it wasn’t his account to request this. You also can’t swap contact numbers between accounts so he has a new number and you’ve been paying the old contract that’s still on your account. You have to give 30 days notice to terminate that contract.
