Every time I try to pay my phone bill I always get some form of error, either via the phone app or the website. I've missed 2 months where I haven't been able to pay because when I try to, I get an error and it's just slips my mind to try again at a later date, now the website/app services have been down for at least a week. What gives?! And I'm getting extra charges because of this.

If you contact our team directly, they'll be able to investigate why you keep seeing errors when making payments. They'll also be able to help put in place a Direct Debit if this would make things easier for you.

@FlipMichael : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
