Yes I’ve tried turning my phone off and on even taken the sim out and put that back in and still nothing but after paying my bill it’s still showing I owe the amount I paid so thinking that’s something to do with it

@Povey7810 Yes if it is still showing as owed in your account that may be the cause. It would be best to give us a call to speak to one of our guides to check your account to confirm if your payment has been received on our system. You can try calling us on 150 from your mobile or 07953 966 150 from another phone.
