Question - before I pay the £30 upfront . Just wondering how do you know if you pass the credit check as when I was filling the information out before it goes to payment it says “ your device credit agreement “ does this mean I passed the credit check with EE.

Welcome to the community,

You will receive an email letting you know whether you have passed the credit check, but they do take the upfront payment, which will be pending on your bank account until the item is dispatched and if not accepted, will be refunded to your account within 10 days, but EE cannot do anything about the timing as that is down to the bank when it is released.

Please also keep an eye on your spam/junk folder, as communication may go there and also make sure that you have the DPD app, as you will receive notification of delivery and a PIN number to be shown to the delivery driver.
