Pay credit into my account

Hi,

I want EE to return the credit I have available in my EE account into my bank account and not to be used as credit to pay my broadband bill. What can I do to request this?

You will have to ring customer service, speak to billing on the broadband team, they may offer you a refund, if that is what you wish.
