I'd like to change my payments from direct debit to me paying manually each month instead of waiting for the direct debit. Do I just cancel the direct debit with the bank or is their another way?

@Tk994  Just stop the DD, just make sure you pay within 7 days of getting the bill.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, don't cancel with bank else EE will still apply the DD & it'll bounce making EE think you've defaulted on it.

You can cancel your DD under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
