What exactly is it that you have bought from us recently? An upfront cost for new devices or accessories or purchasing an add-on are all examples that could add an extra cost on top of your normal bill.
If the extra charge is on the bill itself have you viewed the full PDF of your bill as that should have any additional costs itemised to help explain them.
