Paid twice

I took out a plan 2 days ago, paid for it waited for sim to get delivered. Delivered today now I have had to pay again to get it actually set up??

Have you ordered a pay as you go SIM or a contract SIM?

You shouldn't need to pay on a contract until after the first bill is generated.

If it is pay as you go, what happens when you text AL to 150?
