WAYS TO PAY YOUR MOBILE PHONE BILL

You usually have 8 days to pay your bill. Check your online bill for the exact date.

Pay online

Use a debit or credit card to pay your mobile bill:

If you don't have a My EE account, you pay your bill (or someone else's bill) without logging into My EE.

Direct Debit

Set up a Direct Debit in My EE.

You’ll need to pay any money you owe (your account balance) before you can set up a direct debit.

Read the guidance on setting up or managing a Direct Debit.

When your Direct Debit is taken

Your mobile Direct Debit is usually taken 8 days after your bill. Check your bill for the exact due date.

Pay by text

You can pay your mobile bill by text if you’ve registered your credit or debit card in My EE.

Text PAY to 150 and follow the instructions.

Your card will be registered if you’ve paid with it in My EE or by phone before. Or you can register a payment card in My EE.

If you can’t pay your bill

What to do if you can’t pay your bill or will pay after your due date.

Hi,

I recently received a text saying I had exceeded my monthly allowance and now I have to pay about £1000 for some calls I made, is it possible to get this amount spread over some months to allow me the flexibility to make the payment.
