Hi all,
I recently travelled to India for a work trip for which I choose to use the data roaming add on option of around £7.50 a day so I could find my way about and order ubers if I needed,
The problem is I hardly ever had any coverage, it was awful, Ubers cancelled as they coulnt get through to me In Delhi I got stranded and lost a few times, In jaipur I had zero coverage at all for the entire 3 days, Other times I needed to simply curate a bluetooth with a colleague to have any internet access.
I have now come back to a really hefty bill and I'm really not happy about it, is there a route to contesting this? As not sure what Im actually paying for. I only switched roaming on an off a few times jut to be able to try and get it to work.
I think I will end my time with EE if I dont get any help with this as I'm out of contract and unhappy,
Thanks,

Outside the EU, you couldn't use your usual UK allowances there but would've paid the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/india.

EE is a UK network operator, roaming services allow you to connect to foreign networks.
Did you try using alternative Indian operators? There may have been a problem with the network your phone was connected to - or others may have had better coverage in the areas you were in.
