I have been paying my bills but every couple of months there charging me double

Your bill will be available to view online, allowing you to take a closer look and understand where any extra charges are coming from. Head to our help page 👉 View Your Monthly EE Bill, for more details on how to do this.
Once you have reviewed your bill, if there are any charges you don't understand, feel free to speak with our team directly, and they can review this further.
