Hi! Why I was charged 41£ this month?

I want to cancel my contract!

Welcome to the EE Community. 

Have you been able to log in to your My EE account online to view this months bill? this will show you what extras you may have been charged for this month.

You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

EE have made it so hard to view your bill online. I have also been charged 41£ a month for a 25£ a month contract

Your bills can be viewed in the Bills and Payments section of your My EE account, @CMercedes11.

If you need some help, it may be worth calling 150 so they can check the bill for you.
