Normally, when logging into the EE app and looking into Bill's and payments, it would say something like "Your bill is £25 and you're £50 in credit"
I top up my account every two months and there is always a credit on it. So why, when I log in now, does it not tell me how much I'm in credit, plus it says I am overdue on my payment, when I know I am in credit?
Trying to contact customer services is painful (other than phoning them) and the online chatbot is useless 😕
Anyone got any ideas what's going on with accounts information?

@Neddone You need to call customer service about your account as they have access to it.
