Hello. I had a Pay Monthly and Sim Plan signed for, but I opted for cancellation within 2-3 days part of the cooling off period. My return has already been processed and account closed. However, it says I have an overdue payment of £55 which to me it doesn’t make sense as I’ve barely used the line for 2 days. I’m also warned by EE that if I don’t pay this, my credit score will be affected. How can I pay this as EE bills in advance for the month and I’ve barely used the line for 2 days. Whatever is charged for 2 days makes sense to me but definitely it can’t be £55. In fact, I’m yet to be refunded the £50 which was taken off me as Upfront Cost when removing contact. So, how do I go about it with this? Since account is closed, I don’t have access to Live Chat.
