Over charging

EE when signing my contract gave me a discount as I am a NHS employee. Now the bills are arriving they gave taken away the discount. Is anyone else having this happen to them. How can we advertise this wider?

Much depends whether you want to publicise an issue without giving EE a chance to rectify it, or whether you're looking to resolve the problem.

To resolve the issue, you're best calling EE C/S on 150 - agents have access to your individual account.
