Can you post a screenshot of your bill with these charges? Redact any mobile numbers beyond the first 6 digits.

Thanks for all your replies. I sorted it with EE. They had charged me for all my calls even though I was on unlimited. They also compensated me for the inconvenience. Ta

Glad you got it sorted.
I had the same problem and was billed for £240+ for calls that should have been inside my allowance.
Issue was being moved over to real time billing system. I knew it was not right because all of a sudden over a 2 week period I was charged for calls that i had never been charged for since I have been with EE.
Im disappointed that more has not been communicated about this via the community forums as im sure there are more people out there affected by this, who maybe do not check their bills and just pay anyway.

Hi Sean,
I have just found out that the same thing has happened to me. Almost had a heart attack £268 over 2 weeks.
Have to call them tomorrow since I got no reply today.
I am glad I am not the only one so they must be aware of the mass mistake.
