I am coming to end of my contract and been looking to have an upgrade. I've already spoken to someone in an EE shop as well as over the phone with regards to my upgrade options but since then apparently on the EE app I soon will be eligible for an upgrade, where as yesterday I was able to upgrade for free. Why is there this sudden change ?

Yes all is good thanks. I used to the txt service and upgraded via chat.
