I’m currently trying to pay off debt due to having to leave my job due to my health. My credit file shows i owe EE money from 2020. I found an old email from a debt collection agency. They said the account was returned to EE. But i cannot get in touch with them to ask them about paying what i owe. Its driving me mad. Could anyone provide me an actual number were i can speak to a human being.
