@Jkbroome  Have you checked EE network status?  You can do that HERE and click the check status tab.    Is anyone else on EE with you who has this issue?   In the meantime have you enabled WiFi calling on the device? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
