3 weeks of talk's with ee shop 3 times phone 4 times.
We mobile internet has issue at my work place and only my workplace.
Three other colleagues on ee have the same problem and have raised complaints.
Ee have admitted they can't fix this.
Fyi giff gaff and Tesco mobiles don't have this issue its specific to EE.
When i cancel what happens with my phone it's in mint condition.
I won't be paying any early contract cancel penalties as ee are the issue.
Ive never complained in 12 years I've never missed a payment.
One of your escalation staff suggested i use my company WiFi 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was livid!!!
What will happen nobody can tell me as they have never had anyone cancel for this before.
Sad to be leaving.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Hi @Markybhoy75
No mobile carrier can guarantee a signal everywhere. It must be something to do with frequenct used.
You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150, but unless they waiver any early termination then you'll have to pay it to exit.
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

🤣🤣
I understand they may want paid to exit.
I won't be paying.
Competitors and ones who share competitors networks on a fraction of the price I'm paying get a perfect signal.
It will be the frequency I work in aerospace there's RF frequencies bouncing all round the area of concern.
I'll repeat 02 gifgaf tesco phone's work right next to mine which gets zip nada nothing no connection at all.
Ee aren't keeping up their side of the contract yet have the cheek to tell me to use the company WiFi.
Has this been tested in court?
If not it's about to be.
Cheers for your reply.

I'm not calling again i was 3 hours last week and had to make up the time!!
I've a call arranged next week as a courtesy to the girls who i spoke to.
She wasn't sure what the options were she's never had this situation before.
Young lady in Carlisle branch in the same boat.
Regardless of what happens in the phone call the direct debit Will be cancelled. I'm sure I'll get more info from EE then.
Who do i send the first lawers letter to? I'm not paying another cent.
Also how do I put a good report in for the lady ive been dealing with she was great. I have her work emails address.
Also i need to complain about the guy who asked me to use my company WiFi.
He closed the complaint.
Not Great
Cheers

Hi @Markybhoy75
Sorry we have no account access on the community.
You can raise a complaint using the form here Make a complaint (ee.co.uk) and the team will certainly get everything looked into and supply any address and send feedback that is needed.

Did you ever get a resolution for this.
I have same issues. I went further and did experiments with colleagues phones on other networks all work perfect.

- Mobile cut off 2 times in 1 week in Contracts & Billing
- Urgent: No Mobile Data Access Despite Active Plan and Credit in Pay as you go
- All I want to do is check what address EE has for me so for a new sim. in EE app and website
- Charge to Mobile in Contracts & Billing
- LIES, INCOMPETENCE, & SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE in Orders
