EE, I am your longest and most loyal customer, having joined Orange in 1994 and stayed with EE since its launch, however you are showing no loyalty back or any form of recognition for my loyalty to you.
I'm now going to Sky as when I called to upgrade, yet again, you wouldn't equal any other mobile company, never mind beat them. In fact your 'offer' to me (regarding my S24 Ultra upgrade) was over £20 a month more than any of your competitors. It's disgusting and saddening you value your customers so poorly.
I will be notifying the media that you're about to lose your longest customer due to your lack of loyalty!

O2 also has 99% coverage. Anyway I'm leaving EE now.

There are significant differences between O2 & EE, on data service especially! A PAYG SIM is an excellent real-world test of any potential new provider.
Good luck whatever you decide, just don't do anything in haste - that rarely makes for a good decision.

If you are so loyal to EE then I advise you take up their Home Broadband then you can get a SIM only deal from £10 a month 😉

@McArthur1 Just to add no one who has replied to you works for EE we are all customers just like you.
Just make sure your not signing up to o2 new limited time offer of a 48 month device tariff as that would make the tariff seem a lot cheaper compared to EE 36 or 24 month device tariff.

@McArthur1 It could also be worth picking up a pay and go SIM for your new chosen network to check if you have coverage where you need it before committing!

As mentioned above - 29/01 @ 5.43pm
Crucially, a PAYG SIM also allows testing of data performance - networks which have the same headline coverage figures can vary wildly in data capability.

Hang on virgin media have a loyalty discount, i was a customer until march last year. Wouldn't be difficult for others to do tfe same.

@Nighthhawk2821 and some customers do get a loyalty discount. It’s something that’s offered you can not ask for it.

I have in my mobile physical EE Mobile SIM, and eSim from Sky, and I can tell You, it's diametrally different, in terms of coverage, performance, etc etc.
But it's my own experience, as customer, at areas, where I am usually presented, and Your experience @McArthur1 might differ a lot...
Yes, EE is much more expensive, than my Sky, and that said, both are SIMO, no device plans.
But also, coverage and availability of 5G, and decent speeds are different for me, when comparing them.
Just now, at home, being inside of building, I'm getting something around 270 Mbps down, 90 Mbps up on EE 5G, with approx 110 ms ping. On Sky, I have barely 20 Mbps down, 17 Mbps up, and ping 760 ms, again, showing 5G as used, even theoretical coverage EE vs. O2 (while Sky using O2) should be good for both...
Before You make any decisions, try PAYG of the chosen network, and don't forget, not always MVNO gets the same quality and services, as the network, they operate on..
