No loyalty, I'm going to the press later this week about EE!

EE, I am your longest and most loyal customer, having joined Orange in 1994 and stayed with EE since its launch, however you are showing no loyalty back or any form of recognition for my loyalty to you.

I'm now going to Sky as when I called to upgrade, yet again, you wouldn't equal any other mobile company, never mind beat them. In fact your 'offer' to me (regarding my S24 Ultra upgrade) was over £20 a month more than any of your competitors. It's disgusting and saddening you value your customers so poorly.

I will be notifying the media that you're about to lose your longest customer due to your lack of loyalty!

@McArthur1  Prove your the longest serving customer?  There’s been people saying there were with one 2 one which pre dates orange.       Why should a long serving customer get a better deal than anyone else ?  What’s makes you think you should be treated differently to everyone you else ?    No customer should receive special treatment over another customer.
No one forced you to stay as a customer that was your choice.     And EE don’t price match and your comparison is with a MVNO network to an actual Network.   MVNO networks are cheaper and always have been.

And that’s all any media will respond to you with.

What you mean to say is

 Im not getting what I want and that’s not fair,

@McArthur1

Good luck but I would remind you that handsets have increased in cost since 1994 and these costs need to be paid. If you are already on a discounted plan then expect an increase especially if you want a £1300 handset. EE is not a charity.

Thanks

Go to the press. They'll laugh in your face. This isn't a news story for them it's just someone throwing their toys out of the pram because they can't get what they want

EE has never claimed to be the cheapest networks. There are cheaper out there.

If your motivations are predominantly price, then there are likely better options than continuing with EE. It would be wise to obtain a PAYG SIM from your chosen new network, and ensure their coverage & service matches your requirements in the areas you'll be using your phone.

It's better to discover coverage issues before moving, than after. Sky is an MVNO piggybacking on O2.

Obviously you work for EE as you are as helpful in your reply as they are. I would comment further, but your comment is worthless in its entirety. I now undersrand that this forum is just an excuse for EE to ignore any loyalty to customers. Thank you, not, for your less than helpful reply.

EE are charging more for the handsets and for the call package than anyone else, so why should I stay with EE? Your reply makes no sense in this regard. Asking EE to equal the next most expensive company isn't asking for charity so your answer is deeply unhelpful.

Asking EE to show some loyalty back to their customers shouldn't be something a customer should have to ask for. Anyway I'm leaving EE now as other companies also have 99% UK coverage.
