Before Christmas I changed my EE account (upgraded) since then I have been told my bill is ready for viewing but on going to the site only my previous contract bill is shown, which has now been closed. Had no bill information for Feb or March regarding my new contract. Why?

That'll be the best option @Iceonfire.
The team will be able to check your account to see what it is linked to at the moment, and help to get it working as it should be.

I did a similar upgrade recently & both plans are still showing.
