No Upgrade Option On Expired Contract

MattTheDude

Hi

So I recently purchased a new phone direct from Apple and moved my EE Sim (eSIM) over to the new phone. I am now looking to alter my EE SIM Only contract and it wont allow me saying I have a new phone - but this wasn't supplied by EE and has nothing to do with them?? To be honest this is a little annoying and trust me when I say there are plenty of other options out there and I will be taking my business elsewhere if this is not sorted soon. As an employee of BT I find it hard to recommended services and the like to friends and family when you do stuff like this.

Hi @MattTheDude

Thanks for coming here.

Can you text UP to 150, does the reply show you are eligible to upgrade?

Leanne.
