Hi 

my contract is up and I can upgrade….does this mean that my device is paid off and it belongs to me?

@Rebeccaj535   It sure does.   Just to inform you your contact will continue on a 30 day rolling tariff until you upgrade or give notice to terminate.    After 3 months you’ll get a 10% discount on that if you do nothing. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
