already a ee member with a old pay monthly sim, got a deal to get a new cheaper monthly sim plan as i also got ee broadband - how can i use my old number to the new sim? Tried the PAC code and the PORT none seems to be working and can’t be done because i’m already existing customer. Also how do i know i’m not paying for two different plans?

@Nikky3 : You probably are if you didn't upgrade the old contract to get the new.
EE won't port nos. between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no. to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.
You could alternatively move your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no. to your new contract.
