New plan price

I have just upgraded my phone and signed up for a new plan. I thought I signed up for 6 months at half price, but my first bill is showing full price. What is gong on?

Any discount wont show until you are billed. If you're unsure then I suggest calling EE on 150 as there is no account access on these forums.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@claire_h  If you look at add ons it should show a add on for this discount.  Your account will always show the true cost of that tariff as that’s what it is .
