New device agreement where do I find it

I’ve been sent a link to my account to look at new dice agreement. But I’m unable to find it. Could someone help please.

Welcome to the community,

If you log-in to the app, click on Manage and then Mobile and Sim, scroll down to where it says Your documents, click on there, you should then be able to see your documents.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I have done this and I still cant see where my documents are? on the app and the website

@letty123   It’s right under “view your allowances”.   It’s in yellow 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have the same problem however under the view your allowances section I still don't have an option to view documents. I have recently just upgraded and even that is not showing up on my app it is still prompting me to upgrade my mobile.

someone put this link up and it helped me hopefully its correct let me know as had to delete a few bits off. My new contract isnt on yet but im not getting the new phone till saturday so assuming it will click over next few days but my documents were on there for it

as I couldn't find it under allowances either like a few people said.
