I have a new IPhone 13 and do not need extra gb can I have a revised basis monthly bill ?

Not if you are mid-term. You cannot downgrade your plan within your min. term, only upgrade to a more expensive plan.

@Maresakingston  no one on here has access to your account, but given that the iPhone 13 was released towards the end of September last year, I would say you still have at least a year, if not two years to go.

When did you get it, and did you sign up for two or three years?

Thanks for coming here. 

If you log into your My EE app and select Mobile Plan, then View your plan details, can you view your contract dates for when you can move to a cheaper plan with less data.
