Never again - massive Con beware

I upgraded my phone in store and was offered a "free tablet"....ye right! I'm now being charged monthly on top of my plan for it. Absolutely disgusting and miss selling. The store won't do a thing ! Customer for 20years, CON ARTISTS !

Unfortunately if you went into a store, then your dispute would be with the store, that is the difference from doing online or via phone where you have a comeback.

Does the tablet also come with a sim card, as you would then be paying a monthly charge for that? Could you actually check what your charges are, as this would help? You should always read what you sign, as it is up to you to make sure when signing, what the payments of the contract are and how much per month, as you could have discussed it and changed your mind.

@Sash70   A free tablet is what you got as that tablet had no upfront cost for it.  that tablet had a contract that came with it to give it a cellular connection and you would of as @Schockwave  says signed a contract for that tariff allowance.
