My number has been changed without my authorisation

Took out a sim for my daughter, requested EE port her number over. Instead they have removed my mobile number and given me my daughters number. Can not get hold of anyone EE are a nightmare a number I have had for 20 years they have just taken off me

@Fgreen79  Taking out a sim only contract as an additional line on your account should not effect your line or move her number to your line.  You have to speak with customer services as you have to see if it’s even possible to get your number back.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes my daughters newly issued SIM card. Just spoke to EE they are hopefully going to revert it back but not until Tuesday next week. Nightmare. Fuming is an understatement for the mess up they have done.
