Name on bill

Hi

 

When I downloaded my bill it has my wifes 1st name and her maiden name.

 

This is my account and the bill should read Ben xxxxxxx

Hi @8Ben 

The bill will be in the name of the account holder and bill payer. 

If that's incorrect then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
