My contract for sim only expired 24 months ago. How do I go about informing EE that I will be cancelling/ not renewing my sim only which is not under warranty

You need to call 150 and give 30 days notice.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
