Hello I have recently had my phone stolen. And I have just got a new sim today at the ee store. To revive this sim I had a bill of 67 pound which I hadn’t paid and was the only bill mentioned. I have called 150 and it says I now owe 140 and I am unable to use my sim. I have just recently ordered one to but it had taken to long to come so I went it to store whether this would have an affect. Morally of the story is I don’t believe I owe or should pay 148 that sounds like a awful lot of money that I’ve ever had to owe. I am concerned as my phone was stolen.

kind regards

When did you report your phone stolen to EE?

Saturday 3rd sept. But I got my new sim and was working up until now. I’m store they said I have a outstanding balance of 67 and I paid and was working until now. I reported my phone stolen to ee. Didn’t want to end contract early so I have replaced the sim.

And I got the new sim today

You would be liable for any calls up until the time you reported it stolen.

Without seeing the detailed calls on your bill, you may not know what the final bill will be.

Your number may have been cut off again if the amount on the account has gone above a limit or something.

The calls up until my phone was stolen was fine I had no extra charges. I was not that I debt of my bill at all. And I was in the store today and they guy in ee said I have 67 to pay no more and said should be up and running. Which it was up until this point.

I do believe this bill is in correct and have had a lot going on in regards to having my phone stolen. I have just spent a hour and half today sorting my new sim overall which has been working fine until now

I would call customer services in the morning, hopefully they can sort it out.

Not sure what the shop was looking at.

Okay thank you
