Hi there, I'm just enquiring whether I'm need all the GBs I'm paying for, and if O could use less GBs for all my needs?

This is not customer service and there is no account access here. Not sure what you mean by O. This will be down to you what you are using your mobile for, would need more information to help you.

Are you on contract or pay as you go? If you are on contract and have not reached the minimum term, you cannot downgrade unless you pay the remainder of your contract off.

Your bills will show how much data you are using month-by-month, also your phone will have a data counter which you can often set to match your bill cycle.
