Hello i cancelled my contract last month as its now over and rung up and got my pac code and youve still charged me again this month can you re credit me this money and make sure you cancel my contract

@Bovey94   Using the PAC will terminate the contract.    You have to give 30 days notice to terminate a contract so if you are billed during this 30 days you still pay it and you’ll be refunded any over payment the from when your number is ported out of EE.    Had your contact terminated straight the way you’ll of had no service and you would have lost the number.  Port out and it’s terminated. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I gave more then 30 days and paid more and no longer have that network anymore or using the sim

Yes i used the pac and i phoned aswell can you get this sorted today

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account & does not sort things with it. You need to raise this with CS.

You don't both cancel your contract & ask for a PAC. It's 1 or t'other! Once your new network uses your PAC your EE contract is auto cancelled. You should be getting from EE a refund for any time after then that you paid in advance.
