There is no account access on this forum.
You need to call EE C/S to give your 30days cancellation notice, and specifically request a transfer to PAYG.
Do ensure you are in the UK on transfer day, as new PAYG SIMs - transfers included - need to be activated on EE's UK network before they will work abroad.
