@PaulS13 : By "agreement date" do you mean end of min. term date?

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.0

Or do you mean before it's even started? In which case your order has not been accepted.

hi, on the 24 of July I called EE and asked them to cancel my contract with the 20 of August. After that on the 10 of August I called them again and asked them if possible to change the cancellation date from the 20 of August to the 30 of August. They agreed and even told me about a new bill for that. Now I'm abroad on holiday and I can't use my phone anymore 😞😞😞. Can't even get in touch with EE

@PaulS13 you can either use another phone to call customer service or if you have Skype you can ring them for free:

+4480000798586

There is nothing that can be done through the forums, but you will have to wait until morning to contact customer service.

Did you make sure that roaming was enabled on your account? If not, then that is why you are unable to use your phone, as on contract roaming is not automatically enabled.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
