They've taken my July payment twice, on consecutive days, and they're taking another smaller payment tomorrow. I can't believe I can't contact them by email, especially considering that they send emails to me.

Hi @jekib51

is it the same amount they've taken twice or different amounts? Could you have a Flex agreement where two direct debits are taken - one for the handset, one for the airtime?

You need to call EE and ask that what they see though. That will help decide where to go next.

Hi @jekib51

For issues like this you need to call EE CS on 150.

There is no account access on these forums.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks but I've now noticed that it's because of the change to the new router and landline - one payment just says DD and the other says DD First Payment. You're right, looks like I'll have to ring them.

Thanks, but I can't dial 150 because I don't have a mobile phone, just the EE landline. I've seen another number, which I'll ring, can only hope it's free because I'm anticipating a long call.

Numbers beginning 01, 02 or 03 are landline-rate numbers. Anything beginning 080 is free to call, 077/078/079 is mobile rate.

Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.

I would have thought 150 from an EE landline phone would take you to EE.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks. I know that 03 numbers normally cost but the help pages on this site say to call "From your EE mobile, 150", From any other phone, 03301231105. Calls are free from an EE number". Surely that must mean from an EE landline number.

I doubt that any 03 is not potentially chargeable, neither on EE BB nor EE mobile. I think that Help Contact Us is badly worded & should read:

From your EE mobile 150
From any other network 0330 123 1105
Calls are free from an EE mobile. Charges may apply if you call from another network.
Why not call the Freephone no. I gave & you'll know it's free?
