Hi, a couple of weeks ago I went onto the EE app and was offered unlimited data for only £16 extra a month and I decided to go for it, as it was only limited time offer and didn’t want to miss out on it. I signed up for it there and then and thought nothing else of it. However, i’ve just been told my bill for this month is £90.75 ; £49 for my plan, £8.99 for insurance and then £32.76 for the unlimited data pass. I was willing to pay an extra £16 for unlimited data as i need the extra data but I’m a student paying for my own phone bill and being charged double will really affect me. I am extremely unhappy and frustrated. I want this fixing now else i’m cancelling my plan and moving to a different provider.

@KenzieGlover you will need to call customer services about this and if you terminate your contract you’ll have to pay off the remaining term of that contract. The full cost of unlimited data is £27 so not sure why your being charged £32 for it.

@KenzieGlover : Open up the "Plans & Add-ons" section of that page. It should give you a breakdown on how that charge is calculated. It could well be you are paying for the period before your bill date + next month in advance.
